Retail audit study is a study conducted within various point of sales aiming at measuring effectiveness, turnover, sales volumes, etc. of a brand or a point of sales. From this study, one can get information on products (their characteristics, sales, brand availability, branded materials, etc.), evaluate competitors similar KPIs as well, getting information on real time in order to optimise and improve distribution strategy
