Target SARL surveyed a sample of 2,000 people in the DRC's 26 provincial main cities from April 25 to May 13, 2022. It shows that Felix Tshisekedi is at the top of the list with 31%, ahead of Martin Fayulu (14%), Moise Katumbi (13%), and Joseph KABILA (10%)
Current President Félix Tshisekedi leads in Greater Kasai (80%), Central Kongo (32%), and Oriental Province (31%), while Martin Fayulu has received the most voting intentions in Bandundu (38%).
Moise Katumbi got his best score in Katanga (36%), Joseph Kabila in Grand Kivu (17%) and Jean-Pierre Bemba in Equateur (30%). Kinshasa (29%) and Kongo Central (30%) had the highest abstention rates.
Respondents were randomly selected according to the quota method by age, gender, and the municipality of residence. For analytical purposes, the 26 provinces have been grouped into eight regions according to the former administrative divisions.
